Every February Madeley Baptist Church aims to raise as much money as possible for Fair Trade. For Fair Trade February Meena organises a Fair Trade Stand within Madeley Baptist Church and sells raffle tickets for an amazing Fair Trade Hamper. Members of MBC donate hamper items, bake goodies and buy raffle tickets etc. Together, MBC raises money for the Fair Trade Foundation, all of which will go directly to supporting Fair Trade projects in developing countries, which in turn will enable hard working farmers and farm workers to receive a fair price for their produce and decent working / living conditions for their families.
